At WeFashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your WeFashion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items and the original packing slip into the shipping bag or box, ensuring all original security tags are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
